This Privacy Policy explains how Desiderata LLC ("Desiderata," "Innerview," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Innerview website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process as a service provider and platform operator for Innerview, operated by Desiderata LLC.

  • Name, email address, and organization/workspace data.
  • Authentication identifiers and session metadata.

2.2 Customer Content

  • Audio/video files you upload.
  • Generated transcripts and transcript metadata.
  • Prompts, highlights, tags, notes, and other research artifacts.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and upload Customer Content, including any legally required participant notice or recording consent.

2.3 Billing and subscription data

  • Subscription plan and billing status.
  • Limited payment-related metadata from payment processors.

2.4 Technical and usage data

  • Log data (for example, request metadata, timestamps, and error logs).
  • Device/browser information and product analytics events.

2.5 Communications

  • Information you send to support or through direct communications.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Authenticate users and manage workspace permissions.
  • Process uploads, generate transcripts, and run AI analysis features.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
  • Secure the Service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot incidents.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

We use third-party providers for infrastructure and platform operations, such as hosting/storage, authentication, transcription, AI processing, analytics, and billing.

Depending on your usage, these providers may include services such as AWS, Clerk, Deepgram, OpenAI, Anthropic, Lemon Squeezy, Vercel, and Plausible.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet contractual commitments, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary by data category and customer settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States.
